Bubble Cobble Redux

The following projects were added:

• Shoulder Surfing Reloaded

And many mods were updated to their latest version. In summary, what this entails for us is:

• The crosshair now disappears within a Radial menu
• Many miscellaneous updates to Cobblemon Raids and Mega Showdown
• The Grappling Hooks can deal damage
• The third person camera lets you get a way better view of your player model
• For voice chat, fixed being able to whisper (Tab by default) while being muted (M by default)

• You can now Right-click on a Lava Bucket in your inventory to delete the item currently being carried
  • The opposite is also possible: You can hold onto a Lava Bucket and right-click on items to delete them.
  • Fire-resistant items, such as Netherite Ingots, cannot be deleted.
  • This does not work when inside a Sophisticated Backpack/Storage inventory due to an oversight on their part
• Add recipes for Sweet Apple, Tart Apple, Syrupy Apple, Metal Alloy
• Backport Saddle recipe from 25w20a (1.21.6).
• Add some neat tooltip borders for a few sets of items
• Add new, somewhat uncommon celestial events, because I can?
• Increase overall frequency of lunar events slightly
• Increase Storage Controller's range to the upper limit of 64
• Notable refactoring of scripts under the hood
• Fix Jacaranda and Redwood renames not working until resources are reloaded
• Fix the tooltip border of all Relics' persisting until the game is restarted
• Fix Raid Crystals being carryable
