Child Folder Mod Scanner

A Mod for neoforge to scan the subfolders in the mods folder. The config is in config folder,the name is CFMS.toml,you can write folder names which you don't want to scan. It should support all version neoforge above 21.0.0 This mod's modinfo WILL NOT show in Mod Menu.

if the mod has "ModLauncher Service" or "IModFileCandidateLocator" (e.g. Sinytra Connector,OptiFine), You should put them in root folder, DO NOT put them in subfolders.
