Added server UUID tracking - each server gets a unique identifier sent with all API requests
Added custom sprite uploads - place fakemon PNGs in config/eclipse_playback/sprites/ and they auto-upload to the replay viewer
Added SpriteUploadService with local tracking to avoid duplicate uploads
Added OP notification when server name is still set to default "My Server"
Replay viewer now falls back to custom sprites before showing substitute placeholder
